SECTION 8 SUBSIDIZED HOUSING

The Section 8 waiting lists are currently closed. Please call 763-231-6435 to check the status of the wait lists.

If you are already on the Section 8 waiting list:

• You will be notified by mail when your name is approaching the top of the list.
• You are required to update your information with West Bank Mutual Mgmt on an annual basis.
• Each year you will receive a letter requesting that you update your information and return the form within 14 days in order to remain on the wait list.
• We are not able to tell you where your name is on the wait list or how long the wait will be for a unit. We estimate the wait to be a couple years.
• You will need to contact us in writing by mail within 14 days if any of the following information changes: number of household members, income, new address and/or phone number. (Please make sure to include your old address and phone number along with the change.)
• If you would like to check to see if you name is on the list, you may send a request by mail and you will be mailed a response.
